Gill Dey is the Pacific Northwest’s consummate foodie. As an organic gardener, locavore, farm-to-table cook, community builder and sustainability advocate, Gill believes that food is more richly experienced and enjoyed when prepared together. She infuses her menus and teaching with local flavor, fun and an intention to bring folks together around the table to create meaningful connections with our food, the earth, and one another.

Community Agriculture Consulting

Gill’s passion for growing local, seasonal organic food began in her childhood. She believes in knowing where your food comes from and the power of connection to community. When we disconnect from busy-ness, immerse ourselves in nature, and have time to truly wonder at the beauty of our planet, we can’t help but feel grounded and reconnected to ourselves and one another. That is her mission in developing local community agriculture.

Gill currently consults with Seattle Tilth, creating learning gardens for school children in classrooms and public community parks. She is an active member of Seattle Tilth, PCC, Slow Food, and 21 Acres. To engage her expertise in your community agriculture idea or project, call 425-922-7966 or email Gill for a consultation.
