Recipe Transcription & Editing
Gill with a G has the unique skill of working with chefs and culinary organizations to translate their innovative, seasonal recipes from plate to paper. While in her 20s, Gill penned 4 cookbooks, two that were published by BBC Press. In the years since, she has tested, written and edited recipes for the likes of allrecipes.com, Sur La Table, and Nestlé. If you’re a chef wanting to write a cookbook or simply need help transcribing your recipes, Gill will make it a fun and creative process for everyone involved.
